- Groceries: Retail and delivery of food and everyday household products.
- Orders and Payment
- Orders may be placed through our website, phone, or in person.
- Payment must be made before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank transfer, Debit/Credit cards, and cash on delivery (COD).
- Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, and clients will be notified of any changes before processing.
- Delivery Policy
- Delivery timelines vary based on location, product/service type, and order size.
- We shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., traffic, border clearance, weather, strikes).

- Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders for perishable goods (e.g., groceries) are non-refundable once dispatched.
- For logistics and procurement services, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Refunds may be issued for services not rendered due to our fault. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official email address within 7 working days.
